Dear board,
I have seen this coin on facebook for identification, it looked very interesting so i tried to help in the identificaion but did not find it in the familiar search engines, the person who posted it did not specify weight nor size!!! Can any one help in this!!!

One of the links gives RPC I 3812 as reference, the other RPC II 3812; it's RPC I.

The reverse legend variation BAΣIΛIΣΣHΣ TPYΦAINHΣ is mentioned in the notes.

Obverse legend is BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΠOΛEMΩNOΣ
