I think this is: Crispus, AE follis of Sisciaa, RIC VII 181, D (?) or A (321-324 AD)

IVL CRISPVS NOB C, Laureate head right
CAESARVM NOSTRORVM, VOT X (with centering dot) within wreath. Mintmark ΔSIS sunburst

Weight: 3 g
Diameter: 18,8 mm

Please, correct me, if I am wrong.
