A lovely Domitian denarius

Hello everyone.

I have always found particularly attractive the denarii with short titles across the field on reverse.

As well as being fascinating, these coins are also quite rare, so I was particularly pleased to add this beautiful specimen to my collection.

It's one of my finest denarii, I believe, and I'm very happy to share it here.

 A wonderful coin Alberto. I also gave it 5/5. I agree with you on the attractiveness of these Domitian reverses with the sparse legends. I wish I had more of them.

Thanks to everyone to the kind comments.

I got my first one in 2005, in fourteen years I got to 7: just  one every two years.

This one is special; when I saw it in the catalogue I thought: I have to take it at any cost!
