ID Help Roman Sestertius? 35mm bronze left facing bust Marcus A/Commodus?

I've got a heavily patinated bronze coin 35mm--I believe this makes it a Sestertius.  Most obverse legends are missing--making attribution difficult.
The bust looks most like Marcus Aurelius or Commodus.  I paged endlessly through some of the online identifiers to no avail.
