Just saying what I can see.
Constantius II. Sirmium Mint.
I can read BRIRM in exe. There may be something before it but cannot make it out. It could be a Dot or a Star
It looks like an M behind the bust but could equally be a badly formed A with III in the reverse field.
If it is an A and *BSIRM then this would be RIC VIII Sirmium 32.
