Hello!

Do you know denarius with such type - portrait left?

L VERUS AVG ARM PARTH MAX
? TRP V IMP III COS II

165 A.D.

RIC III 542 (Aurelius); RSC 274a.

Weight: 1,96

Diameter: 18 mm

Unknown East Europe mint?

seems limes denarius

Between AD 162 and 166, Lucius Verus was in the East overseeing the campaign against Parthia, in which the Romans sought to recover their control of Armenia from them.

Thanks.

An official spec. was in Roma Num. E38, 29 July 2017, lot 603. Apparently from the same obv. die as your ancient cast, but a different rev. die.
