Very strange looking "coincidence!" found in Samaria

Hello dear forum members

My brother found this strange thing in a village in Samaria

I can not tell if the material is Stone or bone!!!

Is it a coin?

I am intrigued

It certain looks like Bone, maybe a part of a game like a "chip"

Looks like a Roman bone counter or gaming piece. Take a look at these:
