Postumus overstrike - probably on Antoninus Pius

Got the below coin (not yet in hand), the portraits are quite neatly aligned, the underlying type seems to be Antoninus Pius. 33 mm, 20,41 g.
What puzzles me a bit is how off-center the underlying portrait is, could it be just a result of the strike?
