This is a Byzantine style discoid weight from c.7th cent. or later.
ov S means 6 ounces.

Although ov is unusual on discoid types - the usual symbol for ounce on these weights is G(amma).

The marking of these weights is very different. The characters are either in greek language or bilingual (temporally and / or geographically dependent).
