I always enjoy seeing the remnants of the layout lines as here on the reverse lower right.  Nice fresh coin...

Venus Kallipygos! A fabulous coin type and one of my favourites:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venus_Callipyge

I have an exceptional Rome mint example which no longer fits
precisely into my current collecting field(s), but which I find very
difficult to part with.

P.S. Just like Doug, I too enjoy seeing the original compass marks.

It also reminds me of the Oscar winning movie "As Good As It Gets"
with Jack Nicholson and Helen Hunt, and the scene where Hunt is in
a very Venus-like pose.

Look out for the counterpart from Alexandria.....

That is the one I am seeking.  I have her husband and have seen listings for the Domna using the same reverse die as mine but would be happy to have any die for this mint.
