I don't think that these are loom weights, though I stand to be proven wrong.

Loom weights are usually very cheap - stone, shell, clay, terra cotta.  A whole set of bronze loom weights would be worth a fortune, and tempt thieves.

I think that they are mean to decorate clothes, harness, belts, brooches, etc.

Assigning them an age seems to be fiendishly difficult.

They definitely last all Celtic and Roman but maybe earlier and later too.
