Head of (?) left / Sea shell(!) or pine cone(!),  :Greek_Lambda: on left.

Probably the coin is from Iasos in Caria:

This type is mentioned in Richard H.J. Ashton, "The pre-Imperial Coinage of Iasos", NC 167 (2007), pp. 47-78, there it is the number 6 and 7 on page 54,

and in François Delrieux, "Iasos à la fin du IVe siècle A.C. Les monnaies aux fruits de mer, des fils de Théodotos au versement de l'ekklesiastikon", Revue des Études Grecques 114, 2001. pp. 160-189. There it is shown as numbers 3.a and 3.b on page 162:
