Beautiful and rare Domitian denarius of A.D. 83

Hello everyone,

today I received this amazing Domitian denarius won in the last Leu auction; thankfully it was mailed before the burglary (I am of course sympathetic with the auction house and the collectors who lost their coins!).

It's a piece of fine style, nicely toned, from an early and rare issue.

I'm pleased to share it here.

A wonderful coin. I am glad that your coin was sent before the robbery. I was also lucky enough to receive my coin from the auction.
