Font or Character Code for "XVI" Denarius Monogram?
« on: November 25, 2018, 03:11:02 pm »
I have been trying unsuccessfully to find a satisfactory character to replicate the common monogram for "XVI" found on Roman Republic denarii.  The gif character found on this board's special characters    :<a href='../numiswiki/view.asp?key=star' target='_blank'>star</a>3:     is pretty close for most versions of the monogram, but I cannot seem to be able to import it into my database, which is based on the Windows version of FilemakerPro, in order to print directly on tags.  The keyboard asterisk is not really satisfactory, plus it has other uses.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
