I would love to know if those two reviews came from the same IP...and if those are real names. Notice how the previous reviews all have a similar name pattern - first name plus last name - with last name abbreviated with a "." These two don't include a "." Plus both posts are written in a highly similar
style, with a similar vocabulary (look at how often the word "business" is atypically used in both), and with similar objections to the
discussion board.
I could be way off base, but I strongly suspect those two reviews were written by the same person or connected people under false names.
Regardless, as a customer here for 3 years, I've submitted a 5-star review. It takes 5 minutes and is super easy. You can just state the facts: The coins, the descriptions, the shipments, and the guarantee are all terrific. Along with
Wildwinds, there's probably no more informative one-stop place on the whole of the internet to learn about
ancient coins than
Forum and its hosted sites.
Joe, the BBB says they forward reviews to you for comment, maybe you can look for an email from the two ridiculous previous reviews and ask them to verify that they are legitimate. It's weird that they can give you a negative BBB review for being a better business than their personal
Ebay store.
