Older China Copper Amulet - ID Help

Hello,
Is anyone able to identify or read the Chinese symbols on this amulet?
I'm not even sure if I have it right side up.
Any help would be appreciated.
It is copper, about 50.5mm in diameter and weighs 30.5 grams.

Grundmann 263 var. (horse instead of ox) or Schjöth 62

Obv.: Xing Guan (right), Tripod (below hole), waving banner (left), Animal (ox), and the inscription "ben ming xing guan" (not readable on your example)
Rev.: magic spell in magic language, tiger heads left and right

With your help I was able to at least find another example and trace it to the Song Dynasty as well as finding other information about the symbols.
