Campgates
« on: October 19, 2018, 01:30:56 pm »
I'm new to ancient coins! I'm thinking of purchasing some Roman Campgates. (I watched a documentary on Constantine Wall and now I want some.) What is the best thing to look for when picking them out? Do the ones with Doors tend to be more highly sought after? And I notice some have a dot to the right of them. (To the right of the wall.) What does this mean?

Thanks everyone!

On Catbikes site, you will find a very complete list of all the Campgate types and also an interesting Table of Rarety for all variations.
