Another roman coin

Apologies again for the photos, if possible please help me with some info.

I can read GLORIARO on the reverse, and CONST at the bottom. So probably  GLORIAROMANORVM and Constantinopole mint, there is a O in the left field and I in the right. Could it be Valentinian?
