Just a general comment: With pictures as blurred as yours, it is always difficult to say anything for sure.
Weight and diameter are important, too!

I see many small raised humps in the field and a certain softness when the letters and types meet the field.  SO, I suspect it is a well-executed modern cast.

We do not authenticate coins here. It is usually impossible to authenticate coins from photos alone. We also ask for additional information...weight, diameter, denomination, and why you find it suspicious.

Thank you for answers. it is 7.14 grams 18mm. As far as I know there was only 2 such coins ever known. this one(although a bit different) https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces129769.html
Unlike the one above as you said the coin itself is blurry and has soft edges. That is why I thought maybe you can tell more about this coin)

Fake from modern dies !

Weight  7.14 g is too low.
Weight of a gold stater of Demetrios is supposed to about 8,5g

And wrong style and planchet.

Same dies as the fake drachm sold at auction

Edit: found 2 more of these Beirut fakes sold at auction
