You can't call a modern piece of jewelry fake, it's just modern. This piece wasn't made to fool anyone.

Sometimes old beads are combined with modern jewellery parts and wires to make them wearable. This jewelry is then also sold as ancient, however the modern parts are usually mentioned. I don't know enough about ancient beads to say if this is possible here.

Even the bead looks too perfect to be ancient, though hard to be certain from the photo.

The rest is certainly 20th century.
