Constantine II - Help Exergue

Hi dear
I need help to id the correct reference in RIC, I m not sure about exergue, I can see BSIS and last  is * ?  = RIC VII 166 (R5), is it?

Was a mistake in title, is a constantine II, is cleaar, clear too is from Siscia, not clear and abou it I need help is the last symbom in exergue, is a * ?
