coin a auction with remark of "EF, smoothed"

i have the feeling it's also tooled, on obverse but can't say for sure, or did the noose got hurt in the smoothing?

Same coin, just smoothed after buying and smoothed. After that re-sell.I also like the coin before smoothing.
