Identifying Julio-Claudian Provincial

Can anyone make out the inscription of this? The design seems to have been common in Lydia during the reigns of Augustus and Tiberius, so I suspect it is one of those. My Greek isn't good enough to make out what remains of the inscription, though.

Forgive the low quality of the images; the harsh lighting is needed to capture what little remains of the inscription.
