i am having trouble on the Obverse legend

AY KAI OI NEP [TP]A ΚΑΙ СΕ ΓΕΡ
or
AYTO NEPOYA ΤΡΑΙ ΚΑΙ СΕ ΓΕΡ ΔΑ (ΔΑ below bust)

Obv. AY(TO) KAI IO NEP TPA KAI CE ΓΕΡ ?
Laureate head of Hadrian, r. with drapery on l. shoulder

Rev.   ΟΔΗССΕΙΤΩΝ
Theos Megas reclining l., holding cornucopia in his r. hand

is a Trajan obverse legend it look so very much like Hadrian  ;D

RPC mailed me this https://navilleauction.auctionserver.net/view-auctions/catalog/id/118/lot/22269/?url=%2Fview-auctions%2Fcatalog%2Fid%2F118%2F%3Fpage%3D2 with was thought to be Trajan.

Combined coins make a complete legend
