Another call for help with ID.

This one is approx. 17mm.

Sorry, I don't have scales, so I'm not able to weight it.

And my apologies for spamming the forum again with my coins, but I'm running out of time and there's still some more coins I need to identify (there's 29 in total, so please bear with me until the end of the week!).
