Islamic Lead Tessera from Caesarea Maritima LT111

Hi, all.  Any help with date and translation on this lead tessera would be appreciated.  I apologize for the poor condition, but this is the best photo I have been able to get so far.

Uncertain Date
Obv: Islamic inscription in two lines, with a base line below. 
The second I think is الله,  I'm not sure about the first.  I thought
maybe "Rasul", since I can see the "Sh", but there is no "waw".
Rev: Uncertain inscription, one line.
Dia. 14.5 x 13 x 1.25mm Weight: 1.41gm.
