I think this coin its from constantinus II.

It looks like the obv. is flivlconstantiusnobc or flivlconstantiusavg

rev. is glor iae xerc itus

mint don't know

diameter: 13,5 mm

weight: 1,5 g

Yes, it is for Constantius II.  It ends in NOB C so is struck before he became Emperor / Augustus.  But after the change from two military standards between the soldiers to one standard.

Thus it dates from sometime between early 336 and September 337.
