Hi,

This morning I read a fab interview that "Helvetica" gave to a motorbike blog about her life and sidecar racing career and it got me thinking whether there was mileage (no pun intended) in a series of monthly "interviews" with members here (who were willling and not pressganged) to talk about their collecting backgound and anything else they might wish to share. Kind of building on the "Post a Pic" thread that already exists? Perhaps adding a new one each month? Is there mileage in that, what do people think?

Ok, I'll develop this.

I will draw up some basic questions and see where this goes. As a first one, Joe, would you be be willing to answer? The rest I'll randomly contact from the member list picking between high posters and lower active posters/new members, probably skewing to high active posters for the first few.

Wow! That interview was fascinating. I've benefitted from Dane's spreadsheets and work with Wildwinds (and postings on this forum) for years, and have exchanged a small trickle of email with her over the years, but had no idea about her other ventures. I imagine few of us would make as interesting an interviewee as she does. But I like the idea. Stkp
