this sestertius is totally destroyed via tooling

1e legend COS V P P should be COS III
2e holding child made into cornucopia
3e obverse bust tooled
4e sand applied after tooling
ect
ect

Some tooling?  Is there any of the surface that has not been tooled?  If so, I cannot recognize it!
