I am afraid that my guess would be sometime after 2010.

It is highly suspect.

The metal - bright green in super condition with original casting lines still visible

The enamel - bright colours but shrunken and pitted.

The word on the back - cast and soft not engraved.

All are the same as widespread mid-Balkan fakes.
