Possible brass US colonial token / coin
« on: March 23, 2018, 02:36:44 pm »
Hi, although not ancient, I was wondering if anybody recognises this coin / token.

I think it is  American Colonial or Irish? It came with a group of coins containing both genres, including VOCE POPULI  half penny and a 1783 NOVA CONSTELLATION  copper.

Made of brass, diameter 24mm, weight  4.5 grams.

Any help or ideas gratefully received.

Adrian.
