New to group!  I found this piece while shopping in Israel recently.   Can anyone identify the coin for me?  I was looking for something unique, so I'm hoping it's,authentic.

Coin is silver, and approximately 1/2" diameter..

Possibly a Hadrian hemidrachm of Caesarea, Cappadocia in the bezel. And possibly guilded gold.  But the image is so small and rough, this is only speculation on my part.
