Got this unusual coin in a lot of "Asia Minor fractions". Took a few months to finally narrow it down:

Cyprus, Paphos
Pnytos II (Pnytagoras?)
5th-4th century BC
AR Hemiobol? 7mm, 0.36g

Head of bull right
Eagle standing left; symbols and/or legend to left, olive-spray above right

I could only find one other example on any database; this example from a Spink sale in 2015:
