The portrait down in your photo is Serapis .
Really Nice stone !

Pretty sure you are right. Isis, originally the wife of Osiris, became the wife of Serapis in Romano-Egyptian mythology.

It's Sarapis (with calathos) and Isis (with basileion and knot) for sure. And probably 2nd cent. CE. (even if the 1st cent. CE is possible too).

What about the stone? Carnelian? Set in an iron ring?

Could you give me some information about the provenance? Private collection? Art Market?
