The Concordia examples I have seen for Gratian (Alexandria mint)  show Roma with head left.

Also helveticas excel list describes no head right for Gratian, only for Theodosius.

Yeap, I can find for other mints but not for Alexandria and even the one I found dont have the pearl horizontal bar (sorry dont know the name) close to the head on the right.
