Bird Booches...Time line?
« on: January 26, 2018, 05:22:30 pm »
Ave!

Copper alloy; each ca. 32mm/3.1gm

Are these Celtic or Roman? As seen in the two photos, all were once enameled.

Just curious.

Vale!

Hi,
The bottom one is Roman, a type of plate brooch,  2nd century AD.

Regards,
