Looks like two   

or perhaps one with the top broken

if two there almost looks like a face above it but I think it is just corroded surface.
30.33 gm missing part may have brought it up to 31-32g?

Seems to be a Roman scale ounce from somewhere in Anatolia.
There are plenty of similar weights in the Pera museum catalog, although this one ranks with the heaviest of those, and so may correspond to the heavy 360 gm Litra used in the provinces at one stage.
