please help with this silver coin, found in north Italy. Looks like a teutonic coin of late ancient/early medieval time

It is a Venetian grosso. Here is a wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venetian_grosso. This should point you in the direction of determining which dodge, based on the visible letters in the legend. Stkp
