So, you are looking for a sort of "social director", like at a resort hotel. :)

By the way, your original post in this thread made me think of Rush's song "Animate". And your subsequent explanation of your original post really ties in with the lyrics to that song, particularly the line that ends in "...animate me", which is repeated several times throughout that song.
