Identifying Bronze Handle

Please,help me for ID.Bronze.
61,65 gr.82/58 mm.Head 30/25 mm.

Roman bronze handle.  Was likely once attached to a bronze jug.

Hard to be sure as the photos are blurry but it looks like it might be a gorgon or medusa head.
