Who is Roger Liles?

in many references there is the note: "From the Roger Liles Collection".
Does anybody know, who is Roger Liges?

In the CNG auction 94 there has been sold "The Roger Liles Collection of Kyzikene Silver and Bronze Coinage": http://issuu.com/cngcoins/docs/cng_mbs_94_virtual_catalog?mode=window&backgroundColor=%23222222 , it begins on page 102.

That's all I could find out  .

Perhaps the introduction in that catalog explains who he is, but it is annoying when they call a sale , the so-and-so collection and don't tell us anything about him or her...

It looks like there were 15 consigners to the auction.  Three get biographies.  The rest get only a name or initials.
