One more coin to chuck into my gallery ...

=> a wildly patina'd Alex III (lifetime)

Alexander III the Great AE19
336 - 323 BC
Diameter: 19 mm
Weight: 5.99 grams
Obverse: Head of Alexander as Herakles in Nemean lion scalp headdress to right
Reverse: Alexander between club and bow with bow case and quiver, cluster of grapes and monogram above
Other: A handsome coin, nicely centered with a pretty patina

Hmmm? ... cluster of grapes, or maybe an acorn? (what do ya think?)

very nice
great reverse
All the Best,
Eric

Thanks for the coin-comments guys

 :)

Ummm, but sadly the Raptors came-up a bit shy in last night's game, eh? (*rats*) ...

=> hopefully they'll have a better outcome on Thursday (knock-on-wood)

Too bad for Durant (I ruptured my Achilles when I was in my 30's and it took several months before I could even walk properly and over a year before I trusted doing anything athletic)

Steve P,

Two great coins. I especially like the reverse type and patina on the Valerian.
