I think the rider and generally any muscular male featured on an ancient coin has taken steroids.

Diameter: 21 mm

Obverse: Head of Athena right, wearing helmet decorated with Skylla holding rudder over shoulder
Reverse: Bull butting right; below, dolphin right in waves

Ditto.  That Crawford 14 Aes Grave Sextans (Shell/Caduceus) is on its way to me and will soon be rejoining its former companion, the Wolf and Twins Series AE As, under my custodianship.
