Looks like Bithynia, Amastris, Trajan, RPC 1198.

You should submit your specimen to RPC, since they only record one spec., less well preserved than yours, in Berlin!

Correction: Amastris would have (A)M - CTP across rev. field. I don't find your CR - CT in RPC III.
