Isn't it a follis from the Principality of Antioch? Maybe Tancred?

Looks like it is a follis from Tancred (regent of Antioch 1100-03, 1105-1112). Rev. Tancred holding sword, obv. Cross with IC XC NI KA in quarters. See here for another example http://www.coinarchives.com/a/lotviewer.php?LotID=1015175&AucID=1977&Lot=580&Val=e0fb9a8cb5e872e42ab7ba58de5ff636
