Constantius II Mint/ric help plz

Having trouble pinning down the mint on this AE2.

Heracla 67 and Nicomedia 62/63 are what I'm thinking. It looks like the rider is bearded with hair in a braid.

Any help is appreciated.

The Nicomedia 62/63 are supposed to be without beard and Heraclea 67 with beard. And since the horsman seems to be clutching the horse, then the coin isn't Nicomedia 62.

Thanks. All I have is Danes spreadsheet and I guess it off somewhat in this case (nicomedia 62 and 63  are the same in it and heraclea 67  is listed as "Phrygian helmet, clutching")

The style seems closer to Heraclea as well.

Mint mark to me looks like SMHA and do I see a very worn star in the left field? If so, Heraclea 67 for sure.
