Byzantine follis to ID

Hello , i have this follis with part of legends missing, amd i can not identify it, it is 18 grams and 32mm, any help would be highly appreciated

With a profile portrait, the only possibilities are Anastasius I, Justin I, and Justinian I.
Anastasius doesn't fit the visible legend (you would need IVSPPAVC).
On coins of Justinian I the legend break is normally DNIVSTINI   ANVSPPAVC
So your coin is very likely Justin I instead, where the break is normally DNIVSTI    NVSPPAVC
Also, I see a star to the right of the large M.
Hence, SBCV 62, second officina.
