Possibly - Phoenicia, Tyre. Pseudo-autonomous issue.

Hi young,

Do I see a square countermark on the obverse at the 5:00 position?

Hi young,

I have a similar coin (scroll down. last coin):

On my example, the reverse legends look different.

The palm frond over Tyche shoulder, letters to the lower left and right of palm tree with inscription around indicate to me a coin of Tyre.
