I just acquired an interesting Ae 13.3 mm 2.3g scalloped edged.  Could this be an issue of the Seleucid Kingdom? Any help would be appreciated.  Pogh_poor

Only the Seleukids issued these serrated "bottle cap" types.  The NumisWiki serrated page has a tool to help ID them.
