Hi,

I have not done any of these for a very long time so am not feeling terribly confident.

This (AE?) trachy is from an uncleaned lot.

Legend on obverse reads: KE - RO [...], IC - XC
Legend on reverse is not visible.

Is it Alexius III?

If so, can it be narrowed down further between SBCV 2012 and 2013? 2013 has a "theta-WL" to the right according to wildwinds: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/byz/alexius_III/t.html
